Harvest Festival   

Join us! August 28, 2010 10-5, at Kayben Farms, Chinook Honey Company and Leighton Art Centre.

A one day bonanza of tours, demonstrations, and tastings.  Meet your farmer, buy local food and meet an artist.  Music, games, shopping, eating, and fun!

The Flavours of the Foothills Harvest Festival is held every year toward the end of August and is a special day to celebrate, with our members, the bounty of the land, their farms, the creativity of artists, and the amazing landscape just outside of Calgary.

The Harvest Festival is a self-guided driving tour where each year different members participate and offer a peek behind the scenes and share their passion in what they do.

     

Kayben Farms, Chinook Honey & Leighton Art Centre are the three sites for the 2010 Harvest Festival.  Other members such as Winter's Turkeys and Divine restaurant will also be participating at those sites.  Locations will feature locally produced food, wine, art and entertainment.
