BURGERS: Elk, Bison or Beef. (makes approx 8 patties)

• 2 LB ground meat
• Add 1 cups red and green onion mix, diced
• 1/2 tbsp. Garlic puree
• 1/2 tbsp. Salt
• 1/2 tbsp. Pepper
• Sprinkle of blackening spice

BBQ on medium to high heat, don’t overcook! Brush on Flavours of the Foothills Barbeque Sauce just at the end of cooking. The honey in the sauce can burn if you put it on too soon.
